From the East:
- Northern State Parkway east to exit 40 South, Route 110
- At end of ramp merge onto Route 110, and move immediately over to
far left-hand lane (you'll be at the intersection of Route 110 and Old
Country Road). - Turn left onto Old Country Road.
- Turn left at the first light onto New York Avenue.
From the East:
- Northern State Parkway west to exit 41, Wolf Hill Road at end of ramp
turn right onto Wolf Hill Road. - Continue past the first traffic light (Carman Road) and turn left at the
second light onto Old Country Road. - Turn right at the first light onto New York Avenue.
- SHJC is just over the rise at the blinking light, the first driveway on
your right.
From the West:
From the East:
- Long Island Expressway (Route 495) east to Exit 49 North, Route 110
- continue north on Route 110 through the intersection with Pinelawn
Road - turn right at the next light onto Old Country Road
- turn left at the first light onto New York Avenue
- SHJC is just over the rise at the blinking light, the first driveway on
your right
From the East:
- Long Island Expressway (Route 495) west to Exit 50, Bagatelle Road
- exit onto the North Service Road and turn right at the first light onto
Bagatelle Road - follow Bagatelle Road to the end and turn left onto Half Hollow Road.
- Continue past the first light (Carman Road) and turn right at the next
light onto Old South Path (Old South Path becomes New York
Avenue). - Continue past the intersections with Old East Neck Road and Old
Country Road. - SHJC is just over the rise at the blinking light, the first driveway on
your right.
